You may recall that I got to photograph this fabulous family back in May, when Naia was just starting to think about walking and was much easier to catch!
My how she’s grown! And, what a cutie she still is. I love that I’ve gotten to document her stages this past year and hope to continue doing so for a long, long time. It is such a pleasure to spend time with all three of these lovely people. We spent some time at Perrigo Park on a fabulous fall day a few weeks ago and I, for one, had a great time! Thanks guys for another awesomely fun day and letting me capture your sweet family on “film.”

The Strakas are one of my favorite little families and though I photographed the kids about 5 months ago, this is the first time I got to do a session with the whole family! It was another couldn’t-be-more-perfect fall day on Sunday, and Perrigo Park could not have been better for photos this year! Having done several sessions basically in the same place, it’s always cool to see how many different “looks” you can get from one area.
The golden fall sun was wicked awesome as well and really makes everyone look so good-I love it! It’s not hard though, when you’ve got a family this good-looking to begin with! I just can’t believe how big my little buddy Erik has gotten and how different his little sister Ellie looks in such a short amount of time! He could be a little clothing model and she is already quite the hilarious little ham-she’s definitely got her “looks” down already. They both cracked me up while I got to chat with their parents along the way. It’s fun to watch your friend’s kids be themselves without worrying about yours running the opposite direction sometimes. Heh.

Today was the first day of Fall Mini Sessions and I had the good fortune to meet the Bagley Family on an absolutely gorgeous day! We wandered around Perrigo Park looking for snakes and caterpillars along the trail. It was fun to follow the boys around since it gave me a reminder of my not so long ago past, since Emmett is around a year and a half old and a glimpse into my not so far off future, since big brother Owen is 4. They are both super cute and total crack ups too. Little Emmett is totally enthralled with his older brother and must copy everything he does, so sweet. And Owen, being the protective older brother, made sure to tell Emmett when to be careful, again, totally sweet.
Thanks Bagley Family for a wonderful morning in the sun! And, I hope you got your chicken coop finished this afternoon!
